Mindfulness for Attention Problems
This workshop is designed for students who struggle with distractibility, concentration, or have trouble planning or completing work assignments. Workshop participants will be introduced to several evidence-based Mindful Awareness Practices that have been shown to rewire regions of the brain responsible for short-term memory, attention, and concentration.

Drop-In Hours for the Stress Management Resource Center
Students are also welcome to attend our Stress Management and Peak Performance Training Drop-In Hours at the Stress Management Resource Center, located at Rm. 3.234 Searle Hall, Evanston Campus, for additional individualized consultation and practice.
