Drop-In Stress Management Resource Center
When you need to unwind after a stressful week or prepare yourself to perform your best, attend our drop-in hours at the Stress Management Resource Center! The SMRC is designed to help you achieve peak performance and enhanced well-being when you need it most.
The SMRC is a tranquil environment featuring:
- MP3-compatible Egg Chairs, where students can listen to a variety of self-guided relaxation and performance enhancing audio (or bring in your own MP3-player if you’d like!).
- Biofeedback training, an empirically-supported method of treating stress, anxiety, and chronic pain.
The SMRC will be open during the following hours of the current quarter. No registration necessary. Just drop in!
