Drop-In Meditation Group
Meditation is an effective yet simple way to deal with many life stresses. Meditation calms the mind and the body adding energy, focus and enjoyment to personal experience. There is a growing body of scientific research indicating that meditation is highly effective in reducing physical and mental stress.
School is very rewarding but is often very challenging and stressful. We are expanding our Stress Management Clinic to include a Meditation Group that will provide you with an opportunity to learn and practice a simple yet very effective way to manage ongoing stress.
Students are welcome to attend the Drop-In Meditation Group as often as they would like. No registration necessary.

Times: Mondays, April 6 - June 1 from 3:30-4:00 p.m.
Drop-In Hours for the Stress Management Resource Center
Students are also welcome to attend our Stress Management Drop-In Hours at the Stress Management Resource Center, located at Rm. 3.233 Searle Hall, Evanston Campus, for additional stress management practice. This is a drop-in clinic, so you can attend as often as you would like. Registration not needed.
